Start your mental health journey

Help Yourself

Here are some ways you can Help Yourself using our digiHealth services:

Choose to Self-Help by journeying through the online eLearning program in privacy without any extra support from any Help-Provider. You still have access to our Avatars using their artificial intelligence to guide you through your mental health journeys!

Choose to keep your external Help-Providers informed about your Self-Help by emailing them details about your progress using our digital mental health services

Choose to Help-Seek from our accredited online Help-Providers whilst you are journeying through the eLearning Units and instantly receive support and guidance

Help Others

We can connect you with Help-Seekers wanting to sample the various types of Help-Providers available to them, who have different knowledge, skills and experience:

If you are a Peer Support with ‘lived experience’, family member, carer or friend then you can provide your unique type of support and guidance after becoming accredited as a Mentor.

If you are a Psychiatrist, General Practitioner, Mental, Health Nurse, Psychologist, Analyst, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Dietician then you can provide your type of expertise in the form of brief clinical support after becoming accredited as a Clinician

If you are a Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiologist, Counsellor or Case Manager then you can contribute your form of support and guidance, after becoming accredited as a Coach.
