Subunit 2.1 
You explore what your 3 natural hardwired self-help coping strategies are; your Rational Mind, Emotional Mind & Wise Mind. You get an overview of how these work to help you achieve you life goals and cope with external events and internal stressors along the journey

Subunit 2.2
You focus on your first coping strategy, your Rational Mind, exploring its key feature, the Panic Button. You learn how your Rational Mind can pull you out of depression using a problem solving & activating method and how it can malfunction, causing unhelpful high anxiety. It explores all the ways it can cause unhelpful outcomes. 

Subunit 2.3
You focus on your second coping strategy, your Emotional Mind, exploring its Mood Switch and Reality Compass. Learn how the Mood Switch can get triggered and its connection with the panic button. See how the Reality Compass, Mindfulness and Defensive Scripts help you conduct a reality
