You learn how Panic Attacks are an unhelpful body reaction, but feelings & heartfelt urges can provide useful information [For what?]. You explore how your Wise Mind can help you self-reflect, choose your optimal Coping Ctrategy and help pace yourself.

Learn about Unhelpful Scripts, such as the storylines of Defensive Scripts. You learn how these scripts can be anxious or depressive and how the three Coping Strategies can deal with these and help you avoid repeatedly acting on them.

Explore further how to cope with Unhelpful Scripts. You learn how to deal with anxious and depressive storylines and the first line, second line and how third line psychotherapies that can help.
